FASHION SKETCHING II

Ready to take your fashion illustrations to the next level? In Fashion Sketching 2, students will build upon foundational drawing skills and focus on refining, personalizing, and elevating their designs. This course is perfect for those who already understand basic figure drawing and want to create more dynamic, detailed, and expressive fashion sketches.

We’ll explore how to customize body types, skin tones, facial features, and hair textures to create diverse and realistic fashion figures. Students will also learn more advanced textile rendering techniques, along with how to illustrate accessories and layered garments to bring their designs fully to life.

In this class, you will learn:
· how to customize body types and proportions
· how to render different skin tones, facial features and hair textures
· advanced textile rendering techniques
· how to illustrate accessories
· how to draw layered garments with depth and dimension

COST: $275

SUPPLIES: Not included: Sketch book, Mechanical pencils and colored pencils will be needed for class one. Other supplies will be discussed in class. Students encouraged to bring their own sketch book but paper is also fine for the first class.

PREREQUISITES: Completion of Fashion Sketching for Beginners or equivalent experience

DURATION: 4 classes; once a week for 2 hours each (8 hours total)
