ON DEMAND Little Black Dress Class

So you know the basics of sewing--what's next? Our Little Black Dress class is the perfect next step after taking our Sewing 101 class or if you know some sewing basics but want to learn a bit more about dress making. In this class, we will be working from the same pattern and going through making your little black dress every step of the way! You will learn some new techniques and have a great dress you can wear to your next soirée. What could be better?

PROJECTS: little black dress with or without sleeves, lining and invisible zipper. (doesn't have to be black)

FABRIC AND SUPPLIES: 2-3 yards of fabric depending on the dress style and size chosen and 1.25 - 2 yards or lining will be purchased by the student and brought to first class. Fabric must be a non-stretch, non slippery fabric. Great options would be crepe, cotton, poly blend, wool blends. Patterns will be shipped upon registration.

COURSE DURATION: 2 hours once a week for 6 weeks or 3 hours once a week for 4 weeks.

ON DEMAND: This option includes links to a previously recorded class that you can view for 30 days plus 2 hours of supplemental private lessons that you can schedule any time.

PREREQUISITE: Sewing 101 or relevant experience

PATTERNS: Patterns provided for this class and will be shipped upon enrollment.

Cancellation Policy: You must give at least 72 hours notice to cancel your enrollment in the class. Once the class has started, we can no longer offer refunds.

VIRTUAL CLASS RECORDINGS: All virtual classes will be recorded. If you miss a class or need to practice at home you may request the recording and rewatch. Class recordings are only available to students registered for the class and only the speaker will be recorded.
