In this class, you will learn:Advanced seam finishing techniques (french seam, flat fell seam, overcast, and more)
- Tips for professional, clean finishes and accurate detailing
- Various dart and pleat styles
- Multiple zipper installation techniques (invisible, lapped, and front fly)
- Multiple pocket types (patch, welt, zipper, and side front pockets)
- Various machine and hand sewn hemming techniques

Prerequisites: Completion of a beginner level sewing class or equivalent experience operation a sewing machine. An understanding of basic garment construction techniques and how to follow a commercial sewing pattern.
Duration: 6 classes; once a week for 2.5 hours each (15 hours total)
